Charged twice for one game.

I bought battlefield 4 a couple of days ago. I check my bank account a couple days after and it shows that I was charged for the game twice. On my purchase history it says the same thing. I'm unsure of how this happened, but it would be great if I am able
to refund the second purchase.

just got Mortal Kombat off the summer sale on the xbox one store. I just checked my bank account and saw that I was charged twice for it. Any actions I should take to resolve that?

Kindly try signing in to
account.microsoft.com/.../orders to check on the transactions that has gone through your account. Kindly check recent charge that has occurred. Use your Microsoft Account email and password to be sure that you are looking at the correct account.

Most of the time the system will automatically catch that itself and refund it back to you automatically. The refund may take up to 72 hours to be processed to your bank and your bank may put additional time on it for a few business days. You can check
when the refund has been sent to your bank at
http://account.microsoft.com/

If it still doesn't show the refund in 72 hours at that link above, then please go ahead and reach out to Xbox Official support and they will be able to refund it to you for duplicate charge.
