    I have always been charged on the 16th of every month until this month it charged me on the 12th AND the 16th. I'm not sure who to get into contact with to get one of the charges refunded.

    i started an xbox live account and xbox charged my denit card twice for one month of live i have a screen shot saved my account was charged 20 dollars for one month of live
