Charged twice for an Xbox live membership

Microsoft sent me an email stating I was charged twice and that they payed me back. I proceeded to check my charge history on my visa card and I was charged twice. The problem is that I was not payed back. So I tried live chat with the xbox support and the
guy refused to pay back trying to tell me that I was not charged twice.. Not impressed at all right now and will do what is necessary if not payed back. What should I do now that Microsoft took too much money from me?

Since the payments are 2 different currencies, it looks like you were billed for 2 different things. You would have to call support and talk to billing to get this sorted out though.

I would've noticed it change from 0 to something else.

I'll give Microsoft a call tomorrow or later on tonight.
