Charged twice for a game

The only way to be charged twice is if you bought Skarlet outside of the game. Other than that you wont be charged twice.

To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account. I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out!

If you could not request a refund online, I advise you to contact the live support to see what can be done about the situation. I will leave you the link below to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.
