CHARGED TWICE FOR A GAME AND DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE IT

If the charges of the attempt to purchase the game did not show on your Microsoft account this would mean that the bank might have not authorize the payment. As if the purchase went successfully and Microsoft had issues processing it, it would have been recorded on your account's payment details or order history that a transaction failed. Just like how you almost use your Paysafe card to purchase the game, the status shows it is failed on order history. Since you kept on receiving refunds of your previous attempts to purchase this game you will need to contact your bank and tell them that you authorize a purchase of a game to be deducted to your balance. If any case, you will not contact your bank you will still receive the refunds few days from now and you will repeat the attempt cycle. Please contact your bank or else use different payment method in purchasing the game.

On the other hand, we will notify the Internal Support Team regarding your concern of unable to contact live support team.

Should you have a screenshot during contact times of Xbox Support and with the error: "something went wrong" will be a great help for us to work on this concern.

Already did that there is 2 transactions but I cant find how to refund, all I can do is cancel but I wanna keep game pass. Just pay once haha

You never transferred your licenses. You would not have been charged if you did so.

I too have been charged too many times for 1 game. I downloaded The rise of the Tomb raider and the 1 hr trial ran out and I decided to buy it. I bought it but the game still said the trial had run out and I needed to purchase it to continue so I thought
it hadn't gone through and did it again........still said I needed to purchase it. Did it again and still said the game needed to be bought to continue so I quit the game and reloaded it to find I could now continue as I'd now purchased it but then found out
i'd been charged 3 times for the same game. £104 I cannot afford because of their mistake in letting me purchase the same game 3 times.
