    As the title says. I attempted to upgrade to gold twice, both times I was charged and neither time was my account upgraded to gold

    charged twice for 1 year gold?

    you would have to contact support and talk to billing they will be able to fix that for you

    hey i recently bought a 1 year gold but i got charged 68.97 twice and it still expires in 1 year and not 2 how is that even possible i only bought it once

    The 15 bugs are the price after the the time of your already paid periode runs out. If you upgradeand had a year of Gold already paid you will be charged after a year the next time.

    I had a year of Gold and a year of gamepass before i did the Upgrade. Paid 1 Bug for that. The next time i will be charged is in 2022

    No issue at all. You can upgrade to Gold anytime.

    1 year gamepass refund

    Your 1 year Gold was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate when you added the 1 month of Ultimate. Since you then cancelled the Ultimate, it cancels the 1 year of Gold as well.
