    Change abonnement from 1 m to 1 y

    How can I change from 1 month-payment to 1-year-payment without being charged twice?

    Shall I just buy 1 year after cancelling 1 month? Because I was informed that I will still have to pay the next month.

    I didnt know where to post this, ut when I bought one months live it charged me £11.98, this has happened to my brother aswell. how do I get our money back, thankyou. jimmy

    you would have to contact support and talk to billing they will be able to fix that for you
