    Hi i purchased some fifa points yesterday, but the payment has gone through twice on my account. I have only received 1 set of the points, which is what i asked for, but been charged twice.

    How can i get a refund or the additional points that have been charged?

    hi I purchased Fifa points yesterday the first transaction I didn't get no points so I purchased again and I received points. I looked on my bank account and noticed I have been charged twice but have only received one lot of FIFA points

    Actually since the issue is in-game currency the correct way to get this squared away and possibly getting a refund would be through the developers (EA) support, let them know what happened
    and they will be glad to help you!
