    Charged multiple times for Limbo


    I logged on today and tried to purchase Limbo, but received an error message saying that the content was currently unavailable. I waited for about a minute and tried again and received a different error message saying that my account was locked from making
    purchases. I deleted my profile, cleared my cache, redownloaded my profile and tried again and finally managed to successfully purchase and download Limbo... but when I checked my account, I had been billed for it 3 times.

    Normally I would assume I need to call the billing department, but the Xbox support page led me here. Please help? Charged multiple times for Limbo :)

    I need help. I tried to purchase one code for nba 2k15 and it purchased 4 and the purchase didn't even go through. Need help and want a refund on the other purchases.

    Sorry but you would need to phone support for your region.They are the only ones who can access your account & sort out billing issues.

    Open the link Onyx gave you, scroll down, there you will see contact support. Click on that, and chat with one of the agents. The person you will speak to will check in your account, and see if you're telling the truth or not. I just had a refund for a game
    that wasn't available in my new region.

    Open the link Onyx gave you, scroll down, there you will see contact support. Click on that, and chat with one of the agents. The person you will speak to will check in your account, and see if you're telling the truth or not. I just had a refund for a game
