    I've got charged today for about 10$ for "Xbox Live Gold" while my subscription STILL active until February, 2016!!

    Can someone tells me what is going on here and why I've got charged?

    Yeah, I was charged three times what i'm usually charged every month for renewal

    Have you already been charged for the game? If you haven't been charged yet, you won't be able to download the game until you are actually charged closer to release.

    If you are sure that you were not charged for this account I would suggest to try and remember if you had any older gamertags that had a monthly subscription running, since that might have been forgotten and the renewal could be still on

    Also, if you're sure that you don't have any other accounts with a subscription renewing, you can contact Xbox Support directly and see what the billing was for.

    BTW..

    Whenever I try to reach chat support, "server is not found" appears in the popped window every time!!

    I'd suggest contacting phone support for billing issues rather than chat. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or you can request a phone call that the contact link already posted.
