Charged full Retail Price instead of Deals with Gold Price

Hello,

Today I purchased the digital versions of both Call of Duty Black Ops 1 and 2 from the xbox marketplace on my phone. I recently used a gold card, that came packaged with a game that I purchased, to entail full gold member benefits for Xbox. However, after
purchasing these games over my mobile phone, my bank statement shows me as being charged the full regular prices for these two games instead of the discounted prices listed. Is there anything that I can do to block these purchases or change my order? Thank

Charged full price on sale items

Yesterday, September 23rd, I purchased two games currently discounted on Deals with Gold, but was charged the full, undiscounted price for these two games.

The games are:

Styx: Shards of Darkness

Deals with Gold - 60% off

Regular price - $64.99

Sale Price - $26.00

I was charged - $64.99

Order # 6517645685

and

Kholat

Deals with Gold - 33% off

Regular price - $19.99

Sale price - $13.39

I was charged - $19.99

Order # 3374553403

If you could please refund the overcharged amount on these games, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Cannot redeem 2day Gold Trial

I just redeemed a 2day gold trial pass. It said accepted, but I see no difference. I am still being charged for the free game of the month, and still full price on the Xbox gold deals. What is going on. Side note the 2day pass came from MASS EFFECT 3.
Bought it brand new from Sears at a close out price.

 

First membership cards that come with games are trials not gold memberships as stated on the card

It only gives you temporary multilayer access not gold features so yes you were charged correctly you aren't gold but a 48 hour or 2 week trial member you need to be a paid member to gets deals with gold
