    I've been getting charged for xbox live for the last several months.

    And Last month I received a large $60 charge out of nowhere... I'm unemployed currently so that's kind of a big deal. I was previously being charged on my credit card... Every single month. And there were some $20 charges I believe.

    I don't know how you got access to my card info but I like a refund of at least 6 moths, and that $60 charge. I have no idea why this is happening but it needs to stop. I already paid to get a new credit card, and then it started showing up on my debit card
    which is now empty thanks to this. If you won't listen to me or you don't cancel it I'm going to have to really struggle to replace this debit card.

    Please give me my money back.

    Also, trying to reach support from Microsoft, I was lead in a multiple page loop when attempting to contact them. No phone numbers, no emails. Nothing at all except sketchy link loops. Incredible customer service, I'll be sure to recommend.

    I don't even know where to post this honestly. You've done really well obscuring how to even ask for help.

    Microsoft groove 3 extra free months

    I signed up for groove music pass and was told I'd receive a code for 3 extra months free and never received it I have been charged for this month now.

    So i was just checking my bank account online and noticed that i was charged £8.99 for XBOX Music. I have never used XBOX Music before and never signed up to anything for it. Any idea why this has happened?

  5. That's where I encountered the support loop. You see when you ask for direct contact, it sends you this link, you go to it, it shows you another link, you go to it, you're back where you started. at the stupid robot.

    CobCont your credit card company regardong the charges. If you didn't authorize the payments or give credit card info on your Microsoft account then you will need to dispute the charges in the normal fashion. The credit card company has procedures in place
    for this kind of thing. So does your bank. And they can also have new cards issued to try to prevent future charges.

  7. I want this figured out here so I don't have to get a new card. There's been no other suspicious charges on it. I'll get a new one for the sake of security when I can ACTUALLY afford it, which I can't right now. Also, my bank will NOT reimburse me. I've

    You will have to contact support directly in order to speak to billing. You can only do so via phone or chat support. When you go to Contact Us | Xbox Support choose Billing then click no thanks to the virtual agent. If you choose error messages
    and codes as your topic, you should see the option for chat or to request a call back.

    Your bank and credit card company are obligated by law to reverse charges you did not make unless they can prove ti you did make them. They also provide new cards for free, i have not heard of one that didn't unless it's a prepaid card which is a bit different.
    If the cards are not in your Microsoft account it's possible that someone else is using your card on their account. And Support may have difficulty tracking that down which is why suggested you talk to the credit card company and your bank because they have
    procedures in place for this happening. And changing the cards would prevent future charges.

  10. They didn't reverse it when I got my new credit card. I just had to deal with it. I think they reversed one month out of like a year.

    That's because you have 30 days usually to dispute a transaction which is why it's so important to check your statement every month to make sure that there isn't unusual activity or charges you did not make. If you didn't report it when it first happened
    then very likey they would just return the one. All of this could have been prevented by monitoring your statement. You have been given Xbox Support contact link, I'm not sure they will be able to do anything regarding the older payments or even find them
    if they are not in your account. Good luck.

    That's because you have 30 days usually to dispute a transaction which is why it's so important to check your statement every month to make sure that there isn't unusual activity or charges you did not make. If you didn't report it when it first happened
