    Any insight how to get the V bucks that we purchased last night. Email confirmation and shows it my purchase history but nothing. I know there were server issues but how do I get my money back or the V bucks added?

    I would assume that they will appear sooner rather than later. My backdated stuff on SoT did.

    If not, submit a ticket to Epic.

    Sorry for the issue with your purchase of V-bucks. We recommend first make sure the charge went through on your

    order history    . If it does show you can contact epic games and submit a ticket. There was a service alert yesterday for purchase and content usage which could of affected this. If still unable to get them you can

    request a refund     for the purchase then make it again.

    Unauthorized charges

    yes, we had 8 charges for vbucks daily when no one was even home. Microsoft insisted my son made them. We do not have vbucks in our account--just charges for them. I'm having to fight this using the bank.
