    Hi,

    My son has a monthly rolling ultimate subscription. I paid the £10.99 on the 1/11/21. He went to log in today and had to pay for another month again to use it (the system asked him to join game pass again). This can't be right can it??

    Is he doing something wrong?

    Hi Mateus,

    It was anj XBOX and I can see that I was charged for the subscription (labelled as reocurring bill) on 1st November and then had to make another payment to access the service again on 15th November. I can see from my billing page that the next payment is due to go out on the 1/1/22. Is this because the sstem has relaised an error has coccured??

    I believe that may have been it, apparently, the system gave you 2 months, as the renewal is scheduled for 1/1/22, but this was not supposed to happen. I suggest you contact Xbox support as I am only a member of the community like you are, to contact them please use the instructions below.

    Ultimate subscription and Xbox gold

    You should have been charged the price for Ultimate and the remainder of your 12 months converted to Ultimate. So if you had 10 months of Gold left and bought 1 month of Ultimate, you would pay the 10.99, but have 11 months of Ultimate before you have to
    pay again.

    Why can't I refund something I bought 4 days prior.

    I was charged on June 7th for 16.25 for an Ultimate Game Pass and I literally had cancelled the subscription weeks before, and after the deadline i didn't have ultimate for a week or so, then it randomly charges me again. I bought ultimate on my main
    account on June 4th and then it charged on my second acc for literally no reason. I can't refund it because it says I already payed, like no **** I payed why would I want a refund if I didn't pay. They say I have 14 days but its only June 11th, why tf can
    I not refund.
