Is it possible that your account has had the games pass before??

In this case the promotion is for first time members to games pass, i believe.

If this is an error and you have not had the games pass before, you may reach out to support to request a refund.

You'll want to be signed into your account. Select subscriptions and billing, request refund.

At virtual agent select see other options, pick a topic then select show contact options and request a callback.

Do you see 2-3 1 dollar charges which are verification charges not the subscription charge

The 3rd will be the subscription

Whenever buying something you get a couple 1 dollar charges to test if your card works or not

They are usually returned in 24hours

Yes it does show. It's for the ultimate game pass but Says 14 day trial on my bank which I already have the game pass so I don't know why it sayd 14 day trial
