Charged for something not purchased

I was charged for Xbox game pass the day it expired even though I had used a code before midnight for a year subscription to the game pass, I would like a refund of the 10 dollars that was charged to the card

Charged twice for one purchase?

I was charged twice and given 2 notifications for downloading a 15 pack pro bundle on Madden 25 for ultimate team. I only purchased one and only got the 15 packs plus the topper pack for purchasing the one. I checked my bank account already and I was indeed
charged twice. There is no option to re-download these and either way, why am I being charged for something I did not purchase? I could understand if I recieved it and was charged but not only did I not purchase it I did not recieve a 2nd 15 pack bundle and
again I was charged for 2..

No Option to use converted points

I purchased the wolf among us recently and it charged my credit card even though i have $19.52 in my account (converted from points). Normally when i purchased something it automatically went to points first so I did not pay attention. When i got my receipt
i noticed it charged my cc instead.

I tried to purchase something else to test and it does not give me the option to use my store credit to make any purchases, above and below $19.52. How can i get this fixed?
