Charged for something i never received

I purchased one of the Advanced Warfare: Advanced Supply Dro. 10 for $20, i got an email stating i purchased but it never downloade. help?

bought tokens on fm5 they charged to my account but i never recieved my tokens.

I paid for the tokens my bank account was charged and I never received my tokens.

Hi there!

I don't own the game myself, but as far as I can tell, the "Supply Drops" are not downloaded to your console, but instead are unlocked in-game. There should be a place in the menus somewhere to open items, and you should see your supply drops on that screen.

I got your point; but all I can tell you is this; If a subscription had auto-renew enabled; after it expired, the system tries periodically for a week or 2 to take a payment for the next billing. If the payment failed to go through for any reason like
( insufficient funds, invalid payment method..), the subscription gets suspended for an outstanding balance. And therein lies the rub; neither the support or you, can cancel a suspended subscription. However, If you were charged, You can request a refund from
the live support.

If only you could have contacted the support to help you disable the auto renew. Since you could not do that from your end.

If you wish to know more details please contact Xbox Support, they are able to check your account thoroughly.

Okay but since i never used that how can i be charged, i wasnt allowed to turn of recurring billing and because of that i get a past due balance?
