Sorry to hear about what happened, however, kindly go to your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders to cross-check the charge and if its not there, I would suggest asking your friends or family members who might have used your payment method.

If none of them, then it would be advisable to report it to your bank since your payment method is being used unauthorized, so they can block the charges for you and they can also process a chargeback for it.

However, if you are not able to find this charge in any of your accounts order history and this charge is not associated with a past due balance. Microsoft recommends contacting your financial institution for a refund because exist the chance that someone is using your payment method without authorization.

I was trying to buy it in the store not too long ago with Sonic 3 and it told me “Oops something went wrong.” But I check my bank account and was charged 7 times with no games. Care to explain and refund my charges Microsoft?!
