    Hi,

    I tried to purchase songs off xbox music recently and it charges my credit card but does not download the music.

    Error code

    B774C550-C0E2-4848-B4B6-C70C2F403A5A

    Can someone in the support team please investigate, and I would like the money refunded or the songs I've paid for to be downloaded to my PC.

    actually i didnt even sign up for xbox gold i signed up for music but was charged for both gold and music i am going to be contacting legal and sueing if it isnt returned to me

    pandora is not available in the UK also why are we being charged for this in the UK only way we can listen to music is to pay for it with groove music, and I have tried that simple background music app and it does not work and its not simple either

    Have you put your music online for people to use for free?
