    I was recently charged for a year of live and I intended to cancel it last year, but I either forgot or it did not go through when I cancelled. I am not interested in xbox live at this time and would like a refund if possible. Is this the right place,
    or where should I look otherwise/who should I contact?

    Still charged me after I cancelled

    So basically I wanted to cancel auto renewal. It charged me the $11 then didn't even give me the month of xbox live for it. I then bought the 1 month for $1, seeing as though I had no xbox live. Now the $11 payment still came out of my bank account.

    I canceled my live subscription at the end of November. It was supposed to renew on Dec, 1 2012 and it didn't. But last night I found out my account was still charged for live. Why is my account still being charged for it when I chose to cancel it?

    Hi Zonixx,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you want to cancel a subscription. When cancelling a subscription, you need to turn off the auto renew first. If you cancel the subscription most times it auto refunds the charge if recently charged.
    Once that is off, then a subscription can be cancelled. Here is a guide to
    turn off recurring charge.
