    I bought Episode1 of Life is Strange for 4..99 a few months ago along with a season pass for 16.99 with the understanding I would get the next four episodes at no additional cost.Two months later I saw Episode 2 in the marketplace and downloaded it but still
    got charged 4.99.I found out later it ws because I downloaded through the marketplace rather than through the in game menu.Ha ha...very tricky MS. You got away with stealing an extra 5 .Episode 3 came out so this time I loaded the game and downloaded it from
    there.An email pops up saying I was charged another 4.99! Why are you stealing my money? Why is the purpose of a season pass if I keep getting charged for content you misled me to believe would be free? The second episode was my fault for falling for your
    scheme which seems set up to deceive people and catch them unaware. So the season pass means nothing.I'll end up paying 42 dollars for a 22 dollar game.What a scam you guys have here.

    Charged for a game i already purchased!

    I purchased a game in the past on my xbox 360 (Total miner forge) then I tried to download it again however this time it charged me £2.70 on my other xbox 360 with the same account i bought it on before.

    The service does specifically say that you must download the new items from the in game marketplace. If you purchased the new version from the Xbox Store and were charged then nothing can be done about that.

    As for the new DLC. If you did add it from the in game menu then give phone support a call and they should be able to refund you the money. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    I have already been charged for the item but it is not in my store inventory or anything, there is no purchase history of it on my Microsoft account but I have been charged and I was told to wait 48 hours for a refund but nothing has happened it has been 4 days now

    Have you tried to choose the Buy Now option? It will not charged you twice since you have already purchased the item.
