    Charged for item during Marketplace error and being asked to pay again


    I tried to but the Cold,Cold Heart Euro 9.99) dlc for Batman Arkham Origins but I was given an error message. After seeing the message I went to check the status of live and saw that the marketplace was having problems.

    After waiting for the marketplace to be fixed I tried to buy the dlc again and was told my card could not be charged( I use a prepaid debit card) I checked the balance of my card and saw that i had been charged (euro)9.99 for a purchase on xbox live and
    in my email there was a receipt for the arkham origins dlc. Is there a way for me to fix this as I don't want to have to spend another ten bucks for something I have already paid for and and have proof of purchase

    Been Charged for Rock Band 4 Add On that I cannot download

    I tried to purchase "Hunger Strike" for Rock Band 4 but I received an error message, so I left it to try again later.

    I then received an e-mail stating that I had purchased the add-on and I was being charged for it, but when I go to the item on the Marketplace it is saying that I need to pay for it again. How can I get either a refund or the ability to download the add-on?

    Check your download history and see if it shows up there for you to redownload. If it doesn't show, you will need to contact support to see if they can get you the DLC. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    It doesn't show up in my history and in the marketplace it doesn't have the green tick to show that I have bought it but as I said in my original post I had been charged and was sent a receipt.

    I brought 3 months gold membership, and i understand microsoft were having problems but now they are fixed yet i still have not revived my x box live.

    Contacted xbox support and it turned out I had been issued a refund shortly after I tried to make the first transaction since there was the issue with the marketplace. if anyone had a similar problem that might be what happened to you
