    Charged for GT change but no changes been made


    I purchased a Gamertag change on 28/01/22 and my gamertag still hasn’t changed yet. My bank statement is showing as the money being withdrawn, and I received the confirmation/receipt email, can someone tell me what may be happening, or why it hasn't been changed yet?
