    Charged for games with gold title


    Having purchased the Gotham City Impostors game through the games for gold portal, I shortly received an email showing that I would be charged £9.99 for the title.

    I am an active Xbox Live Gold member and have been for the last 8 and a half years so was surprised to be charged for the promotional title.

    I'm not particularly sure on where to contact about this so thought I'd make a start here.

    Charged twice for 1 year of XBL gold, account not upgraded to gold

    As the title says. I attempted to upgrade to gold twice, both times I was charged and neither time was my account upgraded to gold

    I am trying to download the new Games with Gold for September 2016 today on September 1st. The products although, showing the new free titles, are still charging a fee (Mirror's Edge) and the wrong link is showing for Forza Horizon's (link leading to Spelunky).

    Yes, I am trying to purchase Dante’s. I can see the title in the gold section. I am then directed to the XBOX360 games marketplace. I can see the title there, where it is showing that it is free for gold members. But when I am trying to purchase it, it
    charges me 19,99.

    Again, when I go to the section Games, Deals with Gold, I am trying to by the series “The Raven”. I can see the games in the market with discount for gold members. But when I am trying to purchase them, I am not getting the discount.

    Of course, I always connect with the Microsoft client account where I have the gold membership. Which is working fine when I connect to buy XBOX ONE games, where I got the free games with gold and the discounts for Xbox One, Deals with Gold.

    yea just found out that it's only available in the US which sucks, explains why nothing shows up when you search for it in the search bar unless you're using the US region URL to find it. Honestly does suck when there is a whole roster of games that are
    restricted to Xbox users who don't live in the US, It honestly does, especially when you can't even use the TV, Movie and Music feature or access the Xbox Live Indie Games

    It doesn't look as though The Raven is available in New Zealand. This would be why Splosion Man is the free game for the first part of this month.
