Charged for Games with Gold Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion

I was charged full price for Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion instead of receiving it for free as part of my Xbox Live subscription, and the automated help options aren't helping me get a refund or
allowing me to contact an actual human customer support agent to figure this out.

At this point I'm about to just cancel my Gold subscription and be done with Xbox garbage because I've never had such a ridiculous problem like this with PlayStation Plus or Sony customer service.

How do I get a refund processed?? I haven't even played a single minute of the game and the automated process simply doesn't work.

This just happened to me, it's in the free section. It has a line through it as if it is free. This is deceptive.

Wait... So you got information from a dude saying games for gold said that adventure time was free with out doing extensive research or did it appear free on the screen when you looked it up? Please let me know.

The refund request form is typically the only way to get a request, but if it is not working for you, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
(Bypass the virtual assistant by choosing more options underneath it, then choose another topic, then it should give you more options to contact support. If you do not see that option, choose another category/topic).

Also in the future when clicking accept. The pop up shows the total amount you're paying. Make sure it says 0.00$ before clicking buy/get because if it says anything else you are agreeing to pay that.
