CHARGED FOR GAME PASS AFTER CANCELATION

So frustrating. Can't request to call OR live chat because my topic doesn't allow for me to do that??!

I WAS CHARGED $19.20 for Game Pass Ultimate on November 12th even though I cancelled it in September. Even on my subscriptions page, it says "Last charge CAD $19.20 on 9/28/2020" yet I was charged suddenly in November for it. There is no record of the charge
on the subscriptions page, however there is a record on my bank statement. Makes no sense to me because I was not charged in October, and suddenly was charged in November?? PLEASE help

Every category in Billing & Subscriptions says "Live Chat and Calls are not available for this issue," Am I supposed to lie about the topic for the call?

You'll need to contact support and speak to billing. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options,
change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

I'm talking about a one month's worth of regular game pass being upgraded to ultimate if I just bought regular game pass 3 days ago and changed my mind that I wanted to upgrade to game pass ultimate why wouldnt they just charge me the difference which if regular game pass is 12 dollars after tax and ultimate is 18 why wouldnt I just be charged 6 dollars or why cant they cancel the regular game pass charge or refund it and charge me the 18 for the ultimate instead ..itd would be absolutely dumb to of just paid 12 dollars three days ago for regular game pass and then if I want to upgrade be charged a whole new 18 dollars to upgrade

Somehow game pass was charged to my account and i would like a refund. And it canceled.
