I was buying xbox live on the day the servers were being DDosed and it took me several tries to buy said gold and it charged me for 2 months when I wanted month is there anyway I could get a refund or something

Microsoft groove 3 extra free months

I signed up for groove music pass and was told I'd receive a code for 3 extra months free and never received it I have been charged for this month now.

how do I file for a refund? I have been charged an extra month of Xbox live gold even though I had it set to not auto renew? I was only charged yesterday and wanted to know how to get my money back - Thankyou

I don't know if you can get refunded or not, but Xbox phone support are the ones who handle billing and payment.

That makes sense. Is that new, though? Previously, I was able to convert it for $ or $3 and didn't need to purchase an extra month.

In order to convert it, you have to buy Game Pass. So it was just charging you for the month you bought and converted the Gold time you had left.

There's been a promotional price for Game Pass Ultimate of $1 which is only for new subscribers. You most likely used that promotion in the past.

so if i apply the xbox live gold 12 months then upgrade it to ultimate i wont be charged and extra 12 months?
