Charged for downloading game I've previously downloaded

I had previously downloaded Assassin's Creed 2 on my Xbox 360 when it was one of the Games with Gold awhile ago. Now, I was in the Store on my Xbox One and decided to download the game again knowing that it's backwards compatible and that I shouldn't be
charged since I already owned a digital copy. I clicked through all the screens absentmindedly before realizing that I was charged the cost of the game. I don't know how else I can fix this, just rather frustrated with being charged for something I already
own.

Previously purchased games want me to pay again!!!

Ok, so most of my previously bought games downloaded fine on my new console, but there's 2 games that I've previously purchased & I'm being charged again?! Why?! The 2 games that I'm trying to recover are Snoopy Flying Ace, and GTA IV. I bought those 2 games
& I'm still being charged for them! What's up with that?!

Gold subscription not working?

It's still not working. The games I'm having issues with are all Games with GOld games I've downloaded previously, like Murdered: Soul Suspect and Hand of Fate. Currently downloading others to see if they work.

You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Anything you already own digitally, should show in your Ready to Install list so you don't have to go through the store.

Thanks for the response, but they are not showing up in my Ready to Install. They are also not in my account. Might be because they are old (they are for my original Xbox One, which was about 3 years old....)

Hi Peter_Gamer,

If you had codes for GOW 1-3 they should be linked to your account. If you look in the Ready to Install section of My Apps & Games you should see them. It is a pain to have to download again but as you cant connect you Xbox to a screen, it will be very difficult
to do anything.

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, for whatever reason these are not in the Ready to Install section. I wouldn't mind the extra downloads if only I could find them somewhere.

Games are usually account linked so if you log into your account you should have access to all digital purchases you've made.
