    My son just purchased XBox Gold live tonight. Payment wasn't processed initially, so we tried again. I now find out I have been charged twice for the very same subscription and have no clue how to get a refund for one of the subscriptions.

    Any Advice please !

    No problem! I'm happy to have cleared that up for you. If you ever are charged again without doing the Gold yourself, please
    contact support. That would end up being a flaw in the system and you shouldn't get any further charges.

    Okay, that makes sense. It does seem to reflect that my trial will end 8/23/14. So long as it won't be charging me any longer (I stopped the auto-renewal on my yearly subscription), then I think that should be fine. Thanks for the reply.
