Charged for a license transfer

I was letting my friend do a license transfer for black ops 2 and i got charged for it..please help is this a glitch?it should an alert in my email i was charged for 60 bucks

Rock Band DLC license problems

After doing the license transfer you sometimes have to download the items again to refresh the licenses. You wont be charged again and since the items are already on your hard drive all that will be downloaded are the licenses.

For one thing, it sounds like your friend may not have known what he was doing. If you had previously purchased the game, he would have needed to download it from your download history.

Second, license transfers are not meant to be used like that and you both could be banned for marketplace theft.

Go into the games marketplace, and if you did the license transfer thing then you should be able to install all the extras straight from the marketplace at no charge.

Have you tried downloading the map pack again?

If the License Transfer worked correctly, then you will be able to load it back to your new hard drive with no charge.
