    I purchased a game in the past on my xbox 360 (Total miner forge) then I tried to download it again however this time it charged me £2.70 on my other xbox 360 with the same account i bought it on before.

    If you're 100% sure it was purchased on this account, but it's not showing in your download history, you will need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Charged for items already purchased

    The service does specifically say that you must download the new items from the in game marketplace. If you purchased the new version from the Xbox Store and were charged then nothing can be done about that.

    As for the new DLC. If you did add it from the in game menu then give phone support a call and they should be able to refund you the money. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    The game should show as free to purchase if you've already been charged for the order. If you have not been charged yet (purchased by credit card), it should show as free closer to the release date when you are actually charged.

    I see. If you already have the Xbox 360 version of the game then no need to purchase the one that says it is for Xbox One. It is the same version. Were you charged for it already? If you were charged, the best option that I can recommend here is to request a refund.
