Charged for a game but it’s not on my xbox

I bough black ops2 but the when I hit buy, it said error try again later and the game isn’t on my Xbox but it still charged me for it. How do I get the game on my Xbox?

Sorry for the bad experiences, in some cases a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account order history
For now the best option is wait this time buddy

But just to let you know that if more than 48 hours passed and you not receive the game yet, probably something went wrong with the purchase and you're going to receive the money back

I purchased it tonight maybe 30-45 minutes ago on my Xbox and I see it charged to my card but it is nowhere on my Xbox or on the billing history.

Sorry to hear that, may I know when did you purchased the game? Today or when?
Also, did you do it using your console? Or from Xbox.com?
