Charged for a game 3 times but don't own it

We understand that you have been charged thrice in your attempts to purchase a game from Xbox store.

All your purchase attempts appear to be successful, but the game still shows up in the Xbox store as available for purchase instead of for download. Another odd thing about the purchase attempts is that they don't show up in your purchase history or your full library which has led you to believe that these were not successful purchase attempts at all.

So, we do have a guide on what steps to take with regards to purchasing errors which appears to be what you are experiencing. Please refer link below.

However, if the steps from the guide still do not resolve this issue, you may have to contact an Xbox specialist via phone or chat using a button in the link I provided above. Photo below for reference.





Keep in mind that when it comes to any issue involving money, we here in the forums will have a difficult time assisting you since we do not have the tools that can solve the issue whether that be refunding you for the charge or making the purchase go through. Only Xbox specialists contacted by phone or chat have that ability.

I received a refund on only one of them. Still have two charges on my card and still don’t own black ops 2 lol have paid for it twice out of my account and do not own the game.

Thank you Ricardo but two of the charges did not get refunded. Technically paid for the game twice now and still don’t have access. And the game has jumped from 15$ to 50$

Mine was the same. How many days till they put the money back?
