Charged for a cancelled order

My order history shows I tried ordering WWE 2k20 game on my xbox one console on 3/17 but order was "cancelled". I ordered same game on 3/18 and the game uploaded. Now my checking account shows both charges went through so I was charge double for the
same game. The online system will not allow me to even select a refund for the "cancelled" game and I tried contacting support via email and didn't get anywhere. What can I do to get my money back?

No need to cancel the subscription if it was already cancelled but what you need is to submit a refund request if you got charged for this. Do you see the order on your order history for the charge though?

The solution would be to go to xbox Support More Down the page Search Customer Service and press
"Get in contact with us"
It will ask you for little data Something like
Name and surname will then tell you how you want to contact the agents by chat or call

I tried the chat as well and got no where because when I type in the cancelled order number it doesn't recognize it as a purchase. I need to speak to a human!

If the order was cancelled, then any money that was charged would be refunded, then when you order the game again you will be charged again.

You canceled the pre-order, do you know if you were ever charged for it? How long ago was the pre-order canceled?
