    Charged by Microsoft for something I already owned?


    I pre-ordered the delux edition of Forzamotor Sport 7 and thus own the car pass. However I was charged for the January Totino's car pack when I clicked purchase button last week. What happened to my car pass?

    Got charged for something I already have.

    So I was checking my email and had one saying I downloaded Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and payed $39.99 for it. I already have the game, on disc. I wouldn't have bought it again. It isn't on my xbox either, it gives me the option to download it though.
    I would really like a refund! Please!

    anything bought on the market place is non refundable even if you do not download it because there is NO way for MS to know if you downloaded it or not.

    Redeemed Code, Says I have to buy the game

    The game "Fortnite" doesn't show up in my games and apps nore ready to install it literally doesn't say on xbox one s that I own the game and it's trying to charge me again for something I already redeemed. But on the website for Microsoft under billing
    it says that I own this product andI redeemed the code on xbox.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
    support.     However, generally if the purchases were not made during the offer period, they will not be eligible.
