Charged but no xbox Gold?

Was just charged on my account about a week after i canceled auto payments, which overdrew my account, which is why i cancelled it. So I put more money in my account, and it corrected the overdraw, but even after the charge, my gold was never renewed. They
charged for service of the month , but didn't give it to me because my auto-renewel is off now?

hello i have bought 2 month's of gold through the xbox dash , i have been charged (i have a reference number) yet my account is still silver(free). this is quite annoying. can you guy's give me the number so i dont have to spend a hour on the phone dealing
with some one who can barley manage english just so i can play on f**** line.

You can do so here:
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us. Just select Billing and then Billing Errors under Other Popular Topics. Either request a call from support or chat with Microsoft support.

If you were charged after you turned off the renewal then you were charged for the month that was IN PROGRESS when you shut off the renewal, not for a new month.

I did buy xbox game pass after buying xbox gold and i did this before the expiry of earlier subscription. But i haven't been charged for xbox live gold but do charged for game pass ultimate.

The account hasn't been renewed yet (it hasn't charged the credit card for another year yet). The membership will stay what it is (an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack) until the point that it is charged for another year. I wanted to make it so that when I was
charged for another year (on the new card), I would be charged for a standard Xbox LIVE Gold membership. Basically, I was trying to purchase the new membership NOW, so that when it went to charge the new card for another year, it would charge for a standard
Xbox LIVE Gold membership. However, the only option being given to me to select is an Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack. Maybe it is a bug. If the next option I'm given here doesn't work, I'll contact phone support.

Is there any additional charge? So my xbox live is upgraded for the remainder of my xbox gold time, but do i have any additional charge for the upgrade?

If you purchase and apply an Xbox Live Gold card to your account
before your renewal date, MS will accept that at time of renewal over a credit card on file with your account and the credit card will not be charged.

To be clear, there are two kinds of Xbox cards: Xbox Gold and then standard Xbox gift cards. For a card to be used toward your Gold membership, the card must say
Xbox Live Gold (they come in 3, 6, and 12 month amounts). A standard Xbox gift card which is used for the purchase of games or content will not be accepted/used toward an XBL Gold membership renewal.

I'm a little confused when you say that your membership recently renewed but the charge isn't until next week. MS typically charges on the exact date of renewal. If there was no Xbox Gold card applied to your account on the date of renewal, it is possible
that the credit card has been charged on the date of your renewal and the charge just has not yet shown up on the credit card statement.
