Charged a monthly subscription fee and cannot cancel

Hello,

I am being charged a monthly fee of 10.77 and do not know what I am being charged for. I have tried to cancel any subscription I have but do not get the option to cancel. I do not want any subscriptions on my account and do not want to me charged any fees.

Live subscription

I’ve been paying the xbox live every month and I recently changed last month to the yearly subscription and this month it charged me the monthly fee but it won’t let me cancel the month only the yearly subscription so how do I get a refund for this month
and cancel the monthly charge ?

Xbox Stealing My Money

I was given a one month trial when I bough my xbox that automatically changed to a recurring one month membership. Last month I upgraded the monthly gold membership to a yearly one. Yet this month, Microsoft still charged my account the monthly fee on top
of the yearly one. So I am now essentially being charged for two live accounts even though I only have one! The "contact us" tabs on the Microsoft website don't open to anything, neither does the live chat option. When I tried to cancel the monthly subscription,
the screen said the only one I have is a yearly membership, even though they just charged me the monthly fee last week!!

I live in Ireland, I can't find any other way of dealing with this issue from the Microsoft website.

Unfortunately, monthly subscription charges cannot be reversed.

It is confirmed that there WILL be a monthly subscription cost - right now they are hinting at $15. Bethesda is also pressuring MS to allow silver subscribers to play online and just pay Bethesda's fee without XBL Gold, but I doubt they will be successful.
I realize that it costs to add more support personnel and keep online servers running, but I agree that I cannot afford a $60 game plus monthly fees

They also said they are planning a slightly discounted yearly subscription over paying monthly, but still...

Unfortunately you will not receive a refund as subscriptions are non refundable and you won't be charged any fees for cancelling. If you wish to cancel immediately you'll need to contact Xbox Support, or you can switch off auto renewal and you won't be charged
when the subscription expires
