    Hi, I gave my son permission to buy the Trove Super Starter pack on his xbox last night but its kept coming up as failed so he kept trying and now I have been charged 6 times, I can't find how you can get in touch with someone on the website Please can you

    I have gotten charged 6 times in the last 3 months for the basic online live play. Why is this?

    Hey Luke. I'm a little confused, you say you got charged three times, but you only put up two line items. You can see every item you purchase on your account by visiting

    did you hit the purchase button, then it did nothing and you hit it a bunch of times, this is usually the issue. the only way to get a refund is as above or via support for this issue.

    Have u seen the cable for the charging? It's like 6-7 ft and the Xbox controller can be charging and playing at the same time too
