Charged 3 times for Xbox Series X, pending status

I placed a order through the Microsoft website for the Xbox Series X on November 9th, with a ‘supposedly’ delivery date of November 12th, 2020.

I was charged the first time through PayPal. I never received tracking. After a few days, PayPal reversed the transaction stating that i wouldn’t be charged until the unit shipped. About a day later, I was charged again through PayPal. Paypal reversed the
charges once again.

Today, I was charged a 3rd time, with no shipping information, no indication, nothing that shows that my unit has shipped.

Where is my Xbox??????

Xbox One accessories and peripherals will be compatible with Xbox Series X. As to whether the rechargeable battery packs are compatible with an Xbox Series X controller, that has not yet been revealed at this time, to my knowledge. However, the new controller
will use USB-C for its charging port instead of the Play & Charge Kit's Micro-USB plug.

Usually these charges are commonly known as authorization/pending charges.

This is just to double check that you had enough funds to pay the order on your card.

When items on the order starts delivery process, you are going to receive the real charge, in this case probably when you receive tracking number for your Series X you're going to be charged again

I understand you about the xbox license.

I rather not want to have a wireless headset because I dont like charging and the battery life will decrease over time. So that leave me with two options:
1. Wired, 3.5mm into the Xbox series x controller
2. Wired, usb, into the Xbox series X

I checked the microsoft store and there are only 2 compatible series X headsets. Both wireles.

Do you know any wired Xbox series X headset? That is compatible with the series x? I prefer USB but have to go 3.5mm otherwise.
