Charged 3 times for the same game

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game transaction 3 times? If yes, you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

If none, you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the other charges that you received.

If you got charged two times and the order did not went through - it was only processed on the third time - you should be automatically refunded within the next 72 hours.

Please note that if you used a credit card to make the purchases, you might only see the refund on your next credit card statement/invoice. You can call your bank in the next days to confirm if the money was refunded to you.
