    Charged $10 for "free" 360 game?


    My girlfriend and I have Xbox Live Gold right now on our Xbox One. We went to download Rayman 3 (one of the "free" games right now) and were charged $9.99. Did this happen to anyone else? What is going on?

    I was charged for a game that's free on Xbox Live

    Supposedly the "Crazy Taxi" game is free with Xbox Live but by giving it to get me charged 10 pesos (half dollar), it's not for the price I paid that's practically nothing, the problem is that I was charged for something that is FREE with my Xbox Live subscription,
    I don't want to be charged for things that are as they are free, much less that they are free for something I pay for like Xbox Live.

    Can i refund xbox game pass?

    After free trial xbox game pass windows automatically charged me for 10 euro. I want to know if i can cancel this service and get my money back.

    I THOUGHT BC GAMES WERE GONNA BE FREE. DIDN'T I SPEND ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!

    If you purchased the game on the 360 then that BC game is free, however, if you did not own the game on the 360 there is and should be a charge for playing it on the One.

    You can pick some of them up for free with GWG.

    As for the language being in Japanese I have no clue how to help with that but in order to get the 360 games with gold games it must be charged to a card or paypal, it doesn't charge an amount because it's free.

    My games for gold is trying to charge me for some games it let me download xbox1 games but is trying to charge me for 360 games my payment method is valid and like i said no trouble with xbox1 games just 360 castlevania
    Are you sure that you are getting charged? Xbox 360 GWG needs a payment option, but if you check the price you should see that the game is "free".
