    Yeah I just bought two games on my debit card but they are not showing up on my account and they are not taking money out, I am still getting them though like they downloaded but are not showing up at all. Any suggestions?

    Gameware Play and Charge Kit Warning

    I never trust 3rd party items.Got myself an official play & charge kit & had no problems whatsoever.Battery lasts ages before needing another charge.

    I would assume that is because you aren't using a Microsoft brand play and charge, I have the same problems with some of my controllers when using my non-Microsoft brand Play and Charge but when I did have the MS brand ones, everything worked perfectly for
    all my controllers.

    Charging Port Problems

    I've had the best battery life using Amazon Basics NiMH AA batteries and separate wall charger for the batteries for my controllers. A very minimal investment with a great value for what I'm getting.

    Problem with charging account

    Check your auto renewal status under the My Account link at the top of xbox.com.

    If you were on auto renewal - and had Gold active from the 12month you should not have been charged for the auto renewal.

    You may want to call support if the 12month card was still active.

    Sounds like it's a defective controller (since your other one works fine). As a rule of thumb I don't buy refurbished things, as people can trade them in with defects. Here is the
