    i owe you money if you would just charge my card on mondays and mondays monring only you would have it every time you charged it i get 50.00 every monday morning CV: MLb+ecc0oEuyVC5r.31.37.54 iv tryed getting your system to charge
    my card to pay what i owe it will charge it its saying it dose not work its debit money is on there right now and you need to put away in like netflixs and hulu has were if we owe you money we can charge it as sone as we get it on the card on ower acount your
    the only one iv ever see'n that dose not have it .

    Those charges for editing my credit card and the other one for deleting the old one, are still in my credit card account, 2 charges.

    XboxOne Day One Microsoft order: Changing Credit Card

    Not exactly sure how it works. In my case I used a credit card with a zero balance. They did charge the card but on my credit card online statement the card showed the charge but I still had a zero balance. Now the charge has been taken off the card like
    they said. Hope this helps. Good luck.

    your system has some thing wrong it never tryed to charge me today even thought i tryed 5 times 5 differint ways the's my last few charges and as you can see it dose work .

    Hello!

    Was the charge for Xbox Live or Game Pass? If so, when you sign up it's for a subscription/service that auto renews. This is similar to most other subscription services such as PlayStation Plus, Netflix, Sirius XM, etc. Once you subscribe you just have to
    turn off auto renew to not be charged again. You can easily do that at account.microsoft.com then services & subscriptions.

    Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand you've had an automatically renewing subscription charge you. The subscription is set up to be a reoccurring charge for convenience. It lets you know that you are able to
    cancel at any time and that the charge is set up to reoccur when the subscription is established. You can go to

    Microsoft Account Services page     to manage and maintain any Microsoft subscriptions you have set up. You can also go and fill out a
    Microsoft Refund Request Form if you want any possible options about reversing the charge. Hope this helps.
