    Hi

    I lost a skin and 400 vBucks on my fortnite account I contacted epic games and they said it was an xbox charge back issue, The skin I lost was power chord and my 400 vBucks I got from the battle pass

    If anyone could that would be great

    Faulty Play and Charge kit or?

    Try the battery back first. And in the thing still will not charge. Then go back charging kit. And that do not work. Then it the controller

    some quick external HD help

    I put mine in the back cause i have space back there for the drive to sit. My charge and play kit is charged on the left one. I'd say there shouldn't be an issue.

    Loving my external just got it in yesterday have space again, downloaded some extra games too.

    My guess is that yiu still need epic to refund it.

    Otherwise contact ms official supprt.

    Not the back you would have to buy a pack with q charging back.as the pics wouldn't fit
