Charge and Play Kit, can't apply for RMA or check warranty status

I just got delivered a charge and play kit from Amazon with a highly discounted price. I got bad luck and its not working from factory. According to european law, its my choice to return or else ask Microsoft for a replacement. I just tried that second option
to no avail, as soon as you select charge and play kit on microsoft warranty website, you're stuck with no options to continue. No chat no phone for such device. This doesn't comply with european law besides its leaving me with no other option but return
to seller, wich harms my rights as european consumer.

I want my battery fixed/replaced. I need to talk to microsoft directly and apply for RMA. Please point me to the right direction as I'm getting no support about this problem (not https://support.microsoft.com/devices again,
please, as it doesn't allow support for battery kit). Thank you.

since you purchased it thought amazon i would suggest that you get it replace via amazon as you received a defective part to start with

also the link you tried is the only place (on Microsoft sites) you can get a service request on Microsoft hardwares

and since the part was defective to start with it is up to amazon to replace it as they sold you a defective part

Sorry to hear it. I'm not sure there's a repair option for the play and charge kit. Your best bet here would be to apply to Amazon to have it replaced

I found out that i cant add my play charge kit as a device into the system. Its Serial Number. And now I would like to find out I can inquire warranty for my play charge kit.

I would recommend for you to contact Live Support so they can assist you further into registering your Xbox and checking the warranty status of the Charge and Play kit. If
you're within warranty the repair/replacement will usually be free of charge.

Before having to go with any third party, I would suggest to always double check warranty status with MS.
