Charge £11.98 on my card?

I was charged £11.98 but when i check my transactions on my Xbox live account on the desktop my last payment was for a map pack last month (September). I check my bank statement and it said that I had £11.98 paid out for Xbox live, but this is my only account,
also I purchase pre-paid membership for my xbox live?

Can anyone help?

Charged twice for 1 months subscription

I didnt know where to post this, ut when I bought one months live it charged me £11.98, this has happened to my brother aswell. how do I get our money back, thankyou. jimmy

So I can buy this for $14.99 on XB1 or buy it for Windows for $6.99 then an additional $4.99 for XB1 = $11.98 and have on both PC and XB1?

There is a possibility that the auto renewal of your Xbox Live subscription is currently activated and you need to turn it off before the subscription expires so that it will not auto renew and for you not to be automatically charge.

your system has some thing wrong it never tryed to charge me today even thought i tryed 5 times 5 differint ways the's my last few charges and as you can see it dose work .

Was the charge for Xbox Live or Game Pass? If so, when you sign up it's for a subscription/service that auto renews. This is similar to most other subscription services such as PlayStation Plus, Netflix, Sirius XM, etc. Once you subscribe you just have to
turn off auto renew to not be charged again. You can easily do that at account.microsoft.com then services & subscriptions.

Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand you've had an automatically renewing subscription charge you. The subscription is set up to be a reoccurring charge for convenience. It lets you know that you are able to
cancel at any time and that the charge is set up to reoccur when the subscription is established. You can go to

Microsoft Account Services page to manage and maintain any Microsoft subscriptions you have set up. You can also go and fill out a
Microsoft Refund Request Form if you want any possible options about reversing the charge. Hope this helps.
