    Characters, textures and matches take forever to load up. Some games won't open.


    I've been having some issues for the past 4 days with my Xbox One S. Almost all of my games would show me the "took too long to start" and the ones that I can actually open take forever to get into matches and textures won't load up (for Overwatch, as an example, characters won't show up for me and sometimes it kicks me out for inactivity when I'm still getting into the match). All my games are digital and I've already tried every troubleshooting method you can imagine: resetting, hard resetting, power cycling, factory resetting, offline system update, deleting cache, etc. I contacted support and they told me that it might be part of the hardware, they said it might be the hard drive. I somewhere read that what can make that happen is a damaged internal hard drive, which confirms what the support person told me. Is there any way to know what part of the hardware is damaged? Or if this has nothing to do with the hardware and there anything I haven't done to fix it?

    It might be a hardware issue since you tried all these steps to no avail.

    If it is then , you can really figure out what part of it is damaged since it needs to be looked into first!

    If it is still under warranty, it would be great if you get it serviced.
    I thought of getting it serviced, problem is that the warranty expired a few months ago and well, the fee (before taxes!) is more than what I paid for the console itself.

    It might be a hardware issue since you tried all these steps to no avail.

    If it is then , you cannot really figure out what part of it is damaged since it needs to be looked into first!

    Everyone is steave on lan and servers including npcs

    The game may have some instability in the connection, which makes loading the textures of the characters too slow or not happen.
