Characters Disappeared

So long story short my wife's toons on her account are gone. The file still shows her level 70, with the 40 paragon points. Stash still has gear, just her toon with all the gear is gone.

Contacted blizzard, said nothing they can do cause it is console, it doesn't save to their servers like PC.

Contacted Microsoft, can't help cause it's an in game issue and to talk to blizzard.

Any ideas? Lots of time gone down the drain.

Mixed Mode server crashed or glitched

I'm

curious about what Is wrong with the mixed mode play list? It seems everything has been reset or lost. My rank for Gametag, as well my characters rank has disappeared and my unlocked characters have disappeared. This is very annoying, if after playing this
game for the last 2-3months, unlocking and earning all characters and upgrades, just to lose it all and not be able to use what I've earned. Personally I'm very annoyed with this. Im considering requesting a refund due to the problem if this is not fixed.

If you have Dawnguard loaded, only essential quest related NPC's won't die. Everyone else is expendable. Alvor and Feandal have always been expendable. With DG, all the merchants became expendable.

There could have been a glitch while you loaded Hearthfire.

I don't even think it's possible for Belethor to die. It was not until I downloaded the new DLC that they disappeared. Up until that point, Alvor was still crafting weapons, and Belethor was still charging high prices. Faenhal from Riverwood also disappeared
and I have never acquired his services in order for him to die.

I still have both of them. They didn't get killed did they? This DLC has stated that some areas can experience higher levels of Dragon attacks.

I fast traveled to every Dragon perch prior to see if that would reset those and so far I haven't seen any elevated levels. Do you have DG loaded?

I think Belethor was/is expendable from the beginning, even before DG. One of my first (it may have even been my first) characters killed him upon becoming a werewolf the first time. At least I'm pretty sure that's what happened. All I know is that after I
received the beast blood from Aela, I was running rampant through Whiterun and since everyone was attacking me, I fought back. lol I have no idea how many people I massacred before I finally found a way to exit Whiterun. After that night, Belethor's shop has
been closed. That was back when the game was just out, so I really had no idea of just how the consequences of my actions could affect things. I wasn't in my right mind I tell ya! And if I ever get put on trial for it, I'm claiming temporary werewolf insanity!
