"Character not found" Problem

Discus and support "Character not found" Problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm trying to play the game with a friend and no matter how many times we delete and add each other or reset our xboxs we can't play with one another....     "Character not found" Problem


    I'm trying to play the game with a friend and no matter how many times we delete and add each other or reset our xboxs we can't play with one another. The "join tab is greyed out and when I search for my friend in the social tab they "don't exist" even
    though they're online and playing the game. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance

    it was pretty clearly stated that it was a character developer, not a game.

    "Requesting Character Load" problem

    I was progressing normally today, ready to sail from Stros M'Kai to Betnikh, when I got the same crap response from the servers. First, it warns that it may be an unusually long load time (oh oh, I've seen that one before!). Then it kicks me out saying I
    need to check my Internet connection (which, of course, is working just fine). Then I simply can't get back in. Why did they sell this game for $60 if they're not ready for us? Maybe it's time to consider some refunds.

    Killer Instinc won't update to Fulgore patch

    I'm having the same problem or at least a similar problem.. I have the update downloaded but I can't purchase Fulgore (ironically, the only character I wanted to play as).. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

    I've also tried to uninstall/reinstall the game with no luck

    Found this online, looks like a common problem:

    But looks like re-starting a chapter or re-loading a character clears the problem.
