Channels are incorrect

Like 6 months ago Liberty Cable in Puerto Rico changed some channels on the listing. For example right now MTV VH1 Spike Comedy Central are not in our service but still are on Oneguide, instead other channels like AMC enter on the service but are nowhere
to be found. Please verify this.

Time Warner Channel Shuffle, OneGuide out of date

The great f...folks at Time Warner Cable have just shuffled their channel numbers in my area (78660)

As a result the OneGuide channel listings for Time Warner Cable 78660 are incorrect and need updating.

One Guide Channel incorrect - Bell Satellite TV

I have noticed a few channels are incorrect.. Whats on seems to be right but the actual station in not correct..

For example channel 1726 Says its ACTION, but its really Showcase HD. How do we fix this?

Hey there VooDoo90!

Sorry to hear that the channels are incorrect! Let's start by resetting your Xbox One consoles TV settings and set up OneGuide again. To do so, follow the steps below:

Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.

In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.

Select 'Troubleshooting'.

Select Reset TV Settings.

From here you can set up your OneGuide again.

Post back and let us know if that helps!

Hi thanks for the tip, I tried that and changing the zip code to another area for months. The problem is that the lineup needs to be updated on the Oneguide service. Liberty changed the channels one year ago and I report it and 2 months later receive a message
that the changes were live and everything was fine. But Liberty changed the line up again like 6 months ago and I wait to see if the channels get updated and reset weekly the one guide but is the same problem that we have one year ago. The guide is for the
line up before the new change of channels. Oneguide needs to change on your side the channels.

I also have this problem and I'm so tired of it that you can't manage the channels by itself.

Like my favorite channel Discovery should be at #15 says my pretty little Oneguide, but ah ah.

There's som childrens channel. But the right info and correct avatar/logo for Discovery are there.

And THEN, the channel 33 where Discovery suppose to be, that channel has Oneguide sorted out of the system.

So I have to manually go to 33 from another channel in Oneguide. Do an update quick go* d*** it.

Then if I'm gonna bonus complain so is my IR not closing down the tv or receiver, just the digitalbox.

Can just adjust the volume on the receiver. So the all mediacenter hype fells like lego bits that don't fit.

I'm just playing awesome games. But I was hoping for what I was promised for. Peace!

The best way to report the incorrect channels in the OneGuide troubleshooting section in your Xbox One settings.

Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.

In the Settings menu, select 'TV & OneGuide'.

Select 'Troubleshooting'.

From here select 'Report a OneGuide problem' and select 'Wrong channel'.

This will report the error directly to the proper folks.
